Ballum Sluice Shelterpitch

At Ballum Slusekro (Ballum Sluice Inn) you will find this shelterpitch located directly down to Brede Å. The site consists of two nice shelters, each on a rotating plinth, a small fire pit with benches and a composting toilet.

From the pitch there is the most beautiful view over the marsh and dikes. You choose the view yourself, as the shelters can be turned in just the direction you want.

The shelterpitch was established in 2024 in a collaboration between the municipality of Tønder and Ballum Slusekro. The pitch is owned and operated by the inn, where you can also be served a nice and delicious meal in cozy surroundings, if you fancy something else than bonfire food.
