Lægan Marsh Shelters

At Lægan you will find this shelter pitch behind the dike, just south of the river Vidå. The site consists of two beautiful shelters, each on its own rotating base, and a small campfire site with table, benches and seating cubes. There is a small composting toilet right next to the shelter pitch.
The pitch is one of three Marsh Shelter Pitches along the Marsh Trail, a 54 km long hiking route through the Tønder Marsh. The other two pitches are located at Emmerlev and in Sønderhaven at Møgeltønder.
Each shelter stands on a base that can be rotated around its own axis, so they can be turned as desired. So you decide for yourself which way your shelter should face. If it is windy, you can turn the opening of your shelter away from the wind, or you can turn it towards the best view or maybe just the campfire.
