Krogsagergaard – Arla® Organic Shelter
Welcome to Arla® Organic Shelters
This shelter site, located at Krogsagergaard, is set in beautiful natural surroundings just outside Randers. Krogsagergaard is owned by Torben and Lene. The farm is home to 75 organic red dairy cows.
Randers is one of Denmark’s oldest towns, beautifully situated by the Gudenå River in Eastern Jutland. The town has around 65,000 residents and is known for its historic town center, Randers Rainforest, and a strong connection to both nature and agriculture. The nature around Randers is rich and diverse. The Gudenå, Denmark’s longest river, runs through the town and offers a wide range of outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, and hiking.
There is parking available near the Arla® Organic Shelter, and from there, a field path leads to the shelter. The walk from the parking area is approximately 200 meters through slightly hilly terrain.
