Welcome to Arla® Organic Shelters

This shelter site is located in scenic surroundings near the town of Give in Vejle Municipality, Southern Denmark. Give has approximately 5,050 inhabitants and offers a vibrant local community with art, history, and green spaces. The town is known as “The Sculpture Town” due to its many outdoor sculptures, and the local museum, Give Egnens Museum, showcases the area’s cultural and historical heritage.
The surrounding nature invites peaceful activities with walking trails, the forest area “Plantagen,” nearby Rørbæk Lake, and the historic Hærvejen trail — ideal for hiking, cycling, and enjoying the quiet landscape. The shelter site provides a tranquil base where you can relax, enjoy the silence, and experience a beautiful blend of nature and art.
Romsdal Farm is owned by Mogens. The farm has around 270 organic Red Danish dairy cows and cultivates 70 hectares with protein crops, starch crops, forage, grain, grass, field beans, and maize. The farm also produces cash crops such as potatoes, rapeseed, and oat groats.

• Since we would like as many as possible to enjoy our shelters, you can only book a stay for a maximum of three nights
• Number of shelters: 1
• Number of sleeping places: 4-(5) people
• Drinking water: No
• Toilet: No. The nearest public toilet is at Give Church, Præstevænget 2, 7323 Give
• Tables & benches: Yes, there is room for 4 people.
• Fire pit: Yes, but you must bring your own firewood.
• Tents: No, setting up tents is not allowed.

Rules for using the shelter site:

• Remember to extinguish the fire.
• Use the trash bin.
• Keep the shelter site clean and tidy.
• Avoid unnecessary noise.
• No music is allowed.
• Animals are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash.
• Do not feed or scare the animals.
