The shelters at Højtetoft are located on the old horse field and offer accommodation in true Danish rural idyllic surroundings. The view is across fields and it is possible to see Strynø, Langeland and Marstal (Ærø). The large natural hedge, trees in the garden and the chicken coop offers shelter and calming surroundings. On the farm lives Kirsten and René, cats, chickens and a very friendly small dog called Sif. At the farm, it is possible to buy eggs and vegetables in season at the small roadside stall. The shelters are equipped with a mosquito net.
