Marsk-shelters at Emmerlev
The shelter pitch has two shelters and is located behind the dyke, between Emmerlev and Højer. It is one out of three Marsh-shelter pitches, that are placed along The Marsh Trail, a 54 km hiking-trail through the marsh around Tønder. The two other pitches are located respectively in Sønderhaven at Møgeltønder and at Lægan Pumping Station.
Each shelter stands on a plinth, that can be rotated around its own axis. Its all up to you! Which direction do you want your shelter to be turned? If it is windy, you can turn it away from the wind or you can seek the best view or maybe just turn it towards the fire pit.
