Terms and conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to book shelter accommodation online. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent.

Right of cancellation
A shelter booking is non-refundable, and the purchase cannot be cancelled, cf. Chapter 4 of the Danish Consumer Act.

Receipt for booking
When booking online, you will receive an electronic receipt immediately after booking and payment. In addition to a lot of practical information, the receipt contains information about which shelters are booked, when the accommodation is booked and how many people are booked for. The receipt also contains information about the person making the booking. Name, telephone number, address and e-mail address. The receipt must be brought either electronically or on paper and must be presented on request as proof that you have booked and paid.
You are responsible for checking that the information is correct. In case of discrepancies between what is written on the receipt and what you expected, contact S/I Trente Mølle as soon as possible via kontakt@bookenshelter.dk

Responsibility in relation to the shelter sites
S/I Trente Mølle and the website www.bookenshelter.dk are solely responsible for booking and contacting the shelter sites. The various shelters and sites are owned and operated by many different groups, associations, private individuals, municipalities and the like. S/I Trente Mølle accepts no responsibility for the condition of the sites and shelters, missing equipment or the like. The responsibility for this lies solely with the individual owner. Complaints about the sites and shelters should be addressed directly to the owner. Trente Mølle will of course be happy to put you in touch with the owner in cases where this is not stated on the website. In the event of repeated complaints about a site or general deficiencies, S/I Trente Mølle may take the initiative to ensure that the site can no longer be booked through the website www.bookenshelter.dk.

Payment and security
Payment can be made by Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, JCB.
Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card information. S/I Trente Mølle co-operates with Quickpay to maintain a secure payment solution. This solution fulfils all PBS requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to other companies or organizations.
When paying by credit card, it can take up to 14 days (2 weeks) from when you make the purchase online until the payment is charged to your credit card.

Fees and charges
For the above cards and mobile payment solutions, S/I Trente Mølle pays a fee to the card acquirer to facilitate the transactions. For all foreign cards, this fee is passed on to the cardholder.
There is no fee for Dankort payments.

Personal information
When you book an overnight stay in a shelter, our system stores the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address that you enter in connection with the purchase. The information is stored in our database and is only used by S/I Trente Mølle for internal sales statistics and to develop the entire shelter outdoor life in Denmark.
The personal data is stored securely for 3 years, after which it is deleted. If you wish to have your data deleted sooner or want to see what data we have stored about you, please contact us at the address below.

Cookies
In order to recognise your information the next time you visit our website, a ‘cookie’ is placed on your computer. This cookie is also used to track your shopping basket and for statistical purposes. This data is not used for any other purposes and is not passed on to third parties.
