Gorgeous sunsets over the sea

This is certainly one of the most beautifully located shelters in the archipelago. You can see Pæregårds Skov to the east and you have a direct view of the sea to the west. There is no access to drinking water so you’ll need to bring water with you, but there’s a toilet on the site. A bit primitive perhaps, but you’ll have lovely nature all around you. You can make a campfire on the beach, but do remember to show consideration. There is also plenty of room for your kayak on the beach in front of the shelters. The beach itself is very pleasant and you have marvellous views of Funen, Tåsinge and Langelandsbroen. Avoid crossing the fields behindtyhe shelter, but walk instead along the border towards the water. The site is managed and owned by Tranekær Gods.
