The waters of the South Funen Archipelago abound with all sorts of ingredients for good cooking. When we can find time for it, we’ll add more recipes based on what you can catch in the archipelago.

Archipelago shrimp balls.  Very much inspired by Filipino street food. They’re an absolute treat and when you’re fishing for shrimp with your net, they’re a tasty way to make use of those shrimp that are to small to shell.  At Millinge Klint, you can borrow push-nets for shrimping free of charge.
