Provianten

About 1 km from the shelter you will find Provianten on 43 Dyreborgvej, which is open throughout the year from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. When the local convenience store closed in May 2009, 30 local enthusiasts decided to continue running it on a voluntary basis. In Provianten you can buy bread, butter, meat, dairy products etc. It also sells fresh bread rolls, white bread, rye bread and pastries, but they have to be ordered by 7 p.m. the day before. And if you want to send a postcard home you can do it there, too.

In a small garage next to the store you can purchase firewood at any time of the year. However, it is not Provianten that runs the garage.

Eurospar, Horne

Eurospar is situated on Horne landevej 25A in Horne, approx. 5 km from the shelter. It is open every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and here you will find almost everything you need.
